Cosolution was founded by Mrs Selva Akkas Karaca.

She is a qualified lawyer admitted at Istanbul Bar since 2007 and a qualified mediator in Turkish law, approved by Ministry of Justice. 

She has  LL.B degree ( with "Distinction Award") from Istanbul Yeditepe University,  Law Faculty. 

She worked as an associate and a junior partner at Karaca & Associates Attorneys at Law of Istanbul, in international business law files,   advised international investors and companies. 

She moved to the UK for her academic studies at  UCL  & Queen Marry College. She has an LL.M. degree in “International Business Law” (with "Merits Award"), from University of London.
